Frequently asked questions

Are your items authentic?

100% authentic. We only sell authentic items. All our NM cards are from sealed boxes that we open ourselves. And those sealed boxes are either from our country's distributor or Wizards. Put another way, we do not sell cards as NM if we did not open it ourselves. However mint a card is, if they are not opened by us, it will be graded either LP MP HP and never NM. Most newer cards that are tagged LP, MP, HP cards are pack fresh (feel free to ask). They are only graded as such because, out of the pack, they do not pass our grading standard for NM cards.

Can you send actual photo?

We do not send pics since we grade each and every card. For guidance, we follow the official Set Code and Collector Number found at the lower left portion of the card. We indicate the card condition of every card we sell. For more information about card condition, please refer to our Card Condition page. Foils are indicated in the name like Mystic Forge (Foil). For some listings, we can't source foil images but if the name says it is foil then it is. Again, please refer to the product name of the listing if it is foil. Thank you for understanding.

Do you accept offers? Can you change prices?

We do not accept offers nor entertain price change request. We manually update card prices and we do it on our own pace. Thank you for understanding.

Can I modify my order?

We do not allow order modification. Let us know if you want to cancel and create another order. Once the order has been paid, we immediately process the order.

Where do you deliver in the Philippines? How much is the shipping fee? How long does delivery take?

A: We deliver nationwide. Shipping fee is calculated based on its actual, or dimensional weight, whichever is higher. It is also dependent on the delivery location. For Metro Manila orders, orders are delivered in 1-5 business days after ship out. For outside Metro Manila, it may take up to 10 business days after ship out. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Customer Service is open on Mondays - Saturdays at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What if I cannot receive my package on the day of delivery?

Before ordering, ensure that you are able to receive your orders in one to five business days. If unsure, delay creating your order. All order updates are sent to your email. We will provide a tracking number so you can track where your package is and when it will arrive. Family members, officemates, guards, etc. can receive your package on your behalf, as long as your orders are already paid. Please take note that our partner courier will only attempt to deliver 1-2 times depending on reason of rescheduling. Kindly inform or reply to the rider / courier for rescheduling purposes, or if you cannot receive the package on that day. After 1-2 failed delivery attempts, the courier will automatically send back the package to us. This is the courier’s policy. If package is paid already, we will refund your order but not the delivery fee, just in case, package is not successfully delivered. Succeeding orders are not fulfilled with previous failed deliveries

Can I make changes to my order or change my shipping address?

We do not allow modifications but if order is not yet paid, you may cancel them. If order is already paid, modification will not be allowed.

When will my order be shipped out?

We ship out orders within one to two days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) after order is paid. We do not accept rush orders

Are all items available when I place my order?

We strive to ensure that all items on the website are available upon check out. However, there may be instances where items will be out of stock. In cases such as this, we shall contact you before shipping the order. Please note that if the original order was pre-paid, a refund will be in place for the out of stock items. You may opt to have a store credit or replace it with items of similar value.

What are my payment options?

Bilikana is built with PCI DSS Level 1 Certified Service Provider, which means all your payment and transaction data is secure. Customers can pay for the items and other charges if any (i.e., delivery), thru any of the following modes of payment: Bank transfer (BPI and Metrobank) Credit/Debit Card via PayPal GCash PayMaya For security purposes, payments made online via credit card go through an additional layer of security using 3-D Secure technology. 3-D Secure is a global authenticated payment program and interoperable technology standard for secure payment, more commonly called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, protecting merchants from chargeback losses and costs related to fraudulent or disputed online transactions. A transaction using 3-D Secure will initiate a redirect to the website of the issuing bank to authorize the transaction. Bilikana does not have control over the authentication method used by the issuing banks. After authentication, you will be redirected back to the gap.com.ph checkout page to complete your order. Card Condition

The following condition grades are used at Bilikana for Magic: the Gathering. Near Mint (NM) Lightly Played (LP) Moderately Played (MP) Heavily Played (HP) Grading the condition of a Magic card is always subjective and unfortunately is not scientific. Although we do our best to adhere to the guidelines, judgment calls must be made when cards are close to one grade or another. We guarantee the condition of the cards we sell. If you feel that a card in your order has been graded incorrectly and would like a refund or exchange please e-mail within two days of receiving your order. We will do our best to work with you.

Can I return and get refund?

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Unless the items received are damaged, defective, or not as described on the site, Bilikana does not provide credit, refunds, or exchanges. In order to be considered for a credit, refund, or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. A case-by-case evaluation will be conducted for each request. Bilikana does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our business address. Occasionally, we will issue a refund without requiring a return. A refunded item does not become the property of Bilikana in this case.
